Course Objectives
-
To develop an understanding of the basic concepts and issues in
quality
- To develop an understanding of theinteraction between manufacturers
and distributors
- To think critically and creatively about the challenge of
quality in a distribution environment
- To improve levels of professionalism and communication skills
- To enhance team skills for rapid quality improvement

Course Format
The course will consist of readings from the text and current happenings
in industrial distribution ,lectures, class discussions ,case studies,
assignments exams , quizzes, and guest speakers.
