Biography:
Before coming to Texas A&M, Dr. Retha Groom taught in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. Groom has been an assistant professor at Texas A&M University since 1978. She has taught most of the EDG classes including engineering design graphics, architectural drawing, descriptive geometry, and computer graphics. While teaching graphics, she has used mechanical instruments, freehand sketches, AutoCAD, SolidWorks and Inventor.
