Biography:

Mr. McDaniels has 31 years of industry experience with IBM and Solectron in the areas of mechanical design, materials engineering, and applied statistics. Mr. McDaniels' specialty areas are quality engineering, process improvement, and experiment design. Mr. McDaniels also has over ten years of training and consulting experience in the high-tech and manufacturing industries.
